1. Try your first class for FREE! Pick any CrossFit Class you like from our schedule. (We will scale down the movements for you!)
2. Signup and do the 101 Classes (Introduction Classes)
3. After completing all your 101 Classes, you will be able to join us in any of our CrossFit Classes, morning or evening, and start your journey to Fitness & Health!
*Once you are signed up, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your BodyMetrix™ evaluation (Body Composition Analysis) available Fridays at 10:30am and Saturdays at 10:00am.
